Translate to English Leicht holzwürzig mit zarten Kokostönen in der gelbfruchtigen Nase mit Anklängen an Zitrus und Kräuter. Schon recht komplex mit fast eingebundenem Holz, zartes, Frucht nach geriebenem grünem Apfel und Mostbirne mit gewisser Nachhaltigkeit, etwas getrocknete Kräuter, Nussschale und pikantes Bitter, passende Säure, noch ein wenig rau und verschlossen, guter Abgang.
