Clear, firm and yet polished, rather cool fragrance of dark berries and a little cherry with a very moderate, slightly roasted wood spice, nutty and mushroom aromas and earthy minerality. Herb-juicy, quite fresh, again rather cool fruit, some acid bite and fine sandy tannin, dried vegetable and peppery nuances, chalky-salty minerality, good substance and certain depth, very good, tight, tangy-juicy finish with notes of dried herbs as well as nutty and spicy wood notes

Editor note: Translate to English Klarer, kühler und recht fester Duft nach Kirschen und dunklen Beeren mit leicht kräuterigen und floralen Nuancen, angedeutet Speck sowie einem Hauch Pfeffer. Herbe, etwas säuerliche, noch leicht gedeckte Frucht mit Biss und jugendlichem, feinsandigem Tannin, kühler Stil, gute Nachhaltigkeit, noch hefige Töne, etwas Salz im Hintergrund, hat Frische, recht eleganter Stil, ein Hauch Paprika und Oliven im Hintergrund, sehr guter Abgang mit Biss. Braucht noch etwas Zeit.
