Firm, very slightly smoky, dried vegetable and earthy scent of black berries with leathery notes, some liquorice and tobaccoy-woody aromas. Firm, dark, quite juicy fruit, again smoky and roasted woody aromas, in addition liquorice and pepper, a hint of citrus zest on the palate, good substance and persistence, a lot of power, slightly bacony-animal nuances, ethereal notes, very good, juicy and smoky-roasted finish with a little Provence herbs and spicy tones
