Firm and quite deep, somewhat nutty, also delicately yeasty aroma with tart yellow fruit notes, a little fennel, floral notes and woody tones. Bright, tart-juicy, again firmly knitted fruit, some yeast, fine vegetal aromas, hints of fennel and floral tones, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, has grip, certain power and melting, but also cooling elements, chalky and slightly salty mineral tones, again woody nuances, still young, very good, firm finish with tension.
