Tart, fine-vegetable and slightly fennel-spicy aroma with moderate yellow-fruity aromas, floral nuances, a little yeast and butter. Fine, quite polished, almost cool, very bright fruit, planty, yeasty and delicately buttery tones, very fine acidity, good persistence, has a certain polish, very good, fine-juicy finish with floral traces and a hint of dark berries.
