Firm and quite deep, somewhat nutty, yeasty and clearly vegetal aroma with yellow fruity aromas, yellow spice, a hint of honey, light woody notes and a touch of butter. Firmly woven, juicy, ripe fruit, nutty and yeasty tones, again hints of honey and light woody notes, a hint of rock candy on the palate, persistent, some depth, light minerality, has freshness and bite, very good, juicy finish.
