Very slightly cloudy straw yellow. Tart, rather cool, distinctly herbal, delicately floral and yeasty aroma with bright yellow fruity and fine vegetal aromas, a hint of mushrooms, chalk and floral nuances. Tight, bright, juicy fruit, distinctly yeasty notes, lots of chalky-salty minerality and fresh vegetal and floral tones, very fine acidity, some grip, good depth, a hint of strawberries, light nut tones, good depth, still undeveloped, has power but remains cool, very good to long, firm, bright finish
