Light, cloudy yellow. Cool herbal and yeasty nose with citrus aromas, a little white fruity tones as well as hints of stone and pome fruit and light floral tones. Fine, rather cool, tart fruit, clearly yeasty notes, a little nutty and herbal, light grip, very fine acidity, lots of light minerality, has polish, some depth, still young, delicately creamy, floral and white-peppery nuances, very good finish
