Firm, nutty, yeasty and somewhat herbaceous-spicy, also very delicately smoky aroma with restrained, fine, tart yellow-fruity and vegetal aromas and distinct minerality. Tight, dense, pure and polished, distinctly juicy fruit, smoky and yeasty notes, somewhat vegetal, lightly nutty and floral, red berry nuances in the background, lively, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent, deep and multi-layered, still very young, not completely dry, very good, tight, juicy, smoky and mineral finish with tension. Needs to mature
