Fairly juicy, cool fruit on the palate, vegetal aromas, light yeasty, nutty andchalky notes, very elegant, lively acidity, persistent, light floral and salty traces, hint of red berries in the background, elegant bite, touch of yellow spice, oily traces, some depth, delicate hint of lavender on a very good, firm, juicy, polished, elegantly spicy finish.
