Rather tart, dried-vegetable, nutty and very slightly smoky aroma with yellow-fruity and slightly yellow-spicy aromas and a hint of rubber. Nutty and somewhat spicy also in the mouth, calm fruit, fine acidity, very light tannin, vegetal tones, a little dried-floral, again a hint of rubber, certain melting, marzipan in the background, good to very good finish
