2012 Hvar trocken "Plovac Ploški", Dalmatia, Croatia

Developed, earthy, dried-vegetable and mushroomy aroma of partly dried dark fruits with woody and clearly dried-herbal aromas. Ripe, sweet-tart fruit, nutty, dried-herbal, earthy and mushroomy notes, present, somewhat sandy tannin, medicinal tones on the palate, plenty of alcohol, some persistence, nut skins in the background, a touch of carbonic acid, neat, somewhat drying and again alcoholic finish
