Somewhat vegetal and slightly oniony, sweetish nose of preserved mixed fruits with earthy notes, bacon and pungent alcohol. Boiled down sweet fruit with nutty and oniony flavours, some chocolaty wood and bacon, dried tomatoes and leather, crumbly tannin, delicate acid bite, boiled down fruit, nuts, mushrooms, herbs and stewed onions on the good, warm alcohol finish
