Translate to English Herber, leicht getrocknet-vegetabiler bis kräuteriger Duft nach roten und schwarzen Beeren mit tabakigen Holzanklängen, Pfeffer und einem Hauch Teer. Klare, straffe, herb-saftige, relativ kühle Frucht, nussige, leicht rauchige, einen Hauch bitterliche Holzwürze, jugendliches, feinbitteres Tannin, gute Nachhaltigkeit, erdige und getrocknet-pflanzliche Nuancen, Kaffeenoten, Kräuter im Hintergrund, deutliche, salzige Mineralik, gute Tiefe, noch sehr jung und eher verschlossen, sehr guter, fester, herb-saftiger und ein wenig rauchig-röstiger Abgang mit animierendem Biss.
