Translate to English Etwas reduktiver, noch ein wenig unklarer, etwas gebrannt wirkender, angedeutet speckiger Duft nach angebratenen Auberginen, sauer eingelegtem Paprika und Dörrpflaumen. Ziemlich mürbe im Mund, gegrillte Paprika, Nüsse und Teer, krautige Töne, lebendige Säure, eigenwillige Art, süßlicher Schmelz, im Hintergrund Salz, kräuterige Nuancen, wieder nicht völlig klar, hat dabei durchaus Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, recht guter Abgang. Unsichere Prognose, aber wir befürchten, dass er eher auseinanderfällt.
