Quite firm, somewhat yellow-spicy, nutty, tobacco and slightly ethereal-herbal nose of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of yeast, dried flowers, saffron, green pepper and allspice. Firm, perfectly dry fruit with delicately creamy, spicy and slightly toasty-nutty flavours, very fine acidity, noticeable grip of ripe tannin, dense and persistent, menthol in the background, salty and chalky minerality, some depth, very good, grippy and still clearly yeasty finish, again with light wood.

Best to drink: Ende 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
