Very slightly cloudy straw yellow with ochre. Yeasty, nutty and somewhat yellow-spicy aroma with notes of crumbly stone fruit, citrus zest, lavender-floral nuances and ethereal hints. Lean, tangy, bright fruit, nutty, yeasty and a little dried-vegetable tones, again also yellow and in addition dark ethereal spice, noticeable grip of ripe phenolic, good persistence, tobacco flavours in the background, chalk and salt, again also a trace of lavender, very good, tight finish with spice and grip.
