Firm and deep, slightly fatty and a bit nutty-woody scent of ripe black berries, restrained tobacco, coffee grounds, pepper, herbs, paprika, and bittersweet chocolate. Ripe, firm, juicy, youthful fruit, smoky, roasted, and bittersweet chocolate wood spice, a bit of coffee and tobacco ash, ripe, fine, youthful tannins, lasting on the palate, strong and high in alcohol, but also quite concentrated, salt in the background, very good, slightly minty and again cocoa- and coffee-spiced finish with plenty of dark juice and alcohol pressure.
