Youthful, yeasty and herbaceous-vegetable, hints of mushroom and bacon nose with bright yellow fruity notes. Clear, fine-juicy, bright fruit, nutty aromas and some fennel, herbal hints, fine acidity, some grip, persistent, hints of cumin, very good, firm, nutty and slightly melting finish with power but also bite.
