2020 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC "Feldmarschall von Fenner", Alto Adige, Italy

Clean, firm and quite deep, noble, still slightly reductive nose with fine vegetal and light yellow fruity aromas, herbs, floral traces and minerality. Ripe, firm, juicy, slightly sweet fruit with very fine acidity and some grip, still slightly yeasty notes in the background, dense and persistent on the palate, good depth, delicately smoky nuances, lots of salty minerality, also chalky nuances, good depth, has power and some warmth but also cooling elements, very good, tight, juicy, again a touch sweet finish with bite, grip and plenty of minerality.
