Very firm, fairly deep, youthful, surprisingly cool nose, light yellow fruit aromas, very elegant vegetal notes, delicate smoky traces, light oak, floral traces, prominent mineral notes. Tart, fairly cool and firm, elegant, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, delicate smoky oak, still has yeasty traces, vegetal and herbaceous notes, very elegant, lively acidity, firm acid bite, persistent and concentrated, good depth, still totally undeveloped, reined-in power, intense chalky and salty mineral notes, becomes more elegant with aeration, very good, tart, cool, light fruity finish with a prominent acid bite. Definitely needs time to develop.
