2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Chardonnay Riserva Vigna Au, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm nose, fairly deep and tart, prominent notes of root vegetables, light herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit, hint of mushrooms and mineral traces. Bone dry, creamy, firm fruit on the palate, yeasty, light nutty and more vegetal aromas, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, persistent and quite concentrated, hint of mushrooms and floral traces, salty notes in the background, some depth, stil young, noticeable alcohol that becomes more integrated with aeration, very good, firm, tart, juicy finish.
