Firm, tart and quite deep, slightly fleshy-animalic aroma of very ripe predominantly dark berries with smoky-roasty nuances, Mediterranean herbs and a hint of coffee. Ripe, warm, juicy dark fruit, toasty wood spice with aromas of bitter chocolate and coffee, peppery and juniper nuances on the palate, persistent, a little mint, also Mediterranean herbs in the background, very good, tart and slightly ethereal finish with some coffee spice.
