Cool, somewhat vegetal, delicately yeasty and a touch floral nose with bright yellow fruity notes and traces of nuts and bacon. Straightforward fruit, light nutty, slightly yeasty and vegetal notes, fine acidity, floral nuances, a little salt in the background, good finish with delicate sweetness.
