Relatively cool, firm, somewhat floral, dried herbal and hints of earthy scent of bright yellow fruits with a little white berries and a hint of nut butter. Ripe, quite polished fruit with a delicate melt, fine, lively acidity, moderate tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, dried mushrooms, sage and a hint of long pepper in the background, also some yellow spice, chalky minerality and nutty tones in the very good, animating finish.
