Relatively cool, somewhat herbaceous-vegetable and almost a little ethereal fragrance with tart, light yellow-fruity and a little nutty tones. Ripe, quite juicy, somewhat warm fruit with ethereal-herbal spiciness, a little green olives, laurel and traces of yeast, fine acidity, melting, but also touch, good sustainability, still young, mineral hints, very good finish
