2020 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Sulz Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Joseph", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, deep and complex, somewhat smoky bouquet with rather tart yellow fruity aromas, clearly vegetal tones, a little herbs, floral nuances and hints of tobacco, nutty traces and minerality. Ripe, rather juicy, concentrated fruit with smoky and nutty wood aromas, partly reminiscent of legumes, vegetal tones and clear ethereal spiciness, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, a lot of power and certain warmth, persistent, complex, good depth, still very young, very good to long, juicy, spicy and mineral finish with light wood notes. May mature.
