2018 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Steinriegel Riesling trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, slightly reductive, tart, yeasty, vegetal and a hint of bacon with cool citrus and stone fruit notes with floral nuances and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, somewhat melted fruit with nutty and slightly yeasty notes, very fine, lively acidity, lasting and substantial, much grip, some depth, hinted yellow spice, some warmth, still very young, very good, firm, juicy and mineral finish
