2018 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Tradition", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Clear, cool nose, prominent green vegetal notes, yellow and green fruit aromas, elderberries and bell peppers. Clear, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, fresh, spicy vegetal notes, delicate yeast traces in the background, some more elderberries, floral notes, elegant acidity, delicate tannic grip, good persistence, quite an aromatic style, light mineral notes, good to very good finish.
