Prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, fairly cool, tart yellow fruit aromas, mineral traces. Clear, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and light yeasty notes, elegant acidity, light grip, nutty notes, good persistence, peppery traces, slightly creamy, mineral notes in the background, elegant style, some depth, very good finish.
