2017 Süd-Steiermark Ried Sulz Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Joseph", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Light vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, tart, light yellow and white fruit aromas, some root vegetables, hint of bacon, prominent mineral notes. Tart, fairly firm fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, yeasty notes, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, ripe tannins provide an elegant grip, persistent and concentrated, fairly complex, yeasty traces, more prominent mineral notes, touch of black berries and elrderberries, slightly creamy, has both warm and cool elements, hint of dark berries and mineral notes on a very good, firm, tart, juicy, spicy, vegetal finish.
