2016 Süd-Steiermark Morillon trocken Tradition, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool nose, delicate yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained green and yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Clear, straightforward, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, elegant bite and some grip, fairly cool style, light floral and nutty traces, mineral notes, refreshingly tart and juicy, good to very good finish.
