2015 Süd-Steiermark Ried Sulz Sauvignon Blanc trocken Joseph®, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Very firm, deep nose, vegetal notes, light yeasty notes, hint of bacon, nutty aromas, herbs, prominent peppery notes, hint of yellow fruit, prominent earthy and mineral notes. 'Full-bodied on the palate, slightly warm and creamy, very firm structure, spicy yeasty and dried vegetal notes, nutty notes with a hint of oak, integrated sandy tannins provide firm grip, persistent and concentrated, good depth, still totally undeveloped, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, pistachioes, bay leaf and juniper in the background, compact structure, hint of tobacco, quite complex, some rooibos tea and more juniper and bay leaf on a very good long finish. Definitely needs to mature.
