2015 Süd-Steiermark Ried Steinriegel Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, yeasty nose, prominent earthy and mineral notes, tobacco, restrained yellow and green fruit, blackcurrant leaves, some elderflower, spirng onions and peppery notes. Firm and juicy cool, ripe, polished fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, vegetal notes, herbs and spices, persistent and quite concentrated, elegant grip, prominent mineral notes, some elderflower in the background, complex, still young, has some depth, hint of tobacco, very light nutty notes, very good firm, juicy, elegant, spicy finish. Classy wine.
