Ganz trockene Frucht im Mund, zart nussige und vegetabile Aromen, feine Säure und leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, hefige Beitöne, etwas erdig bis mineralisch, gewisser Schmelz, speckige Nuancen, noch einen Hauch gedeckt, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit zart buttrigen Spuren.
