Translate to English Herb-vegetabile bis kräuterige Zitrusnase mit teils grünen Kernobstaromen, etwas Nuss, Spargel, altholzigen Spuren sowie erdigen Noten. Herbe Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabile und erdige Würze, etwas nussig bis altholzig am Gaumen, recht lebendige Säure, gewisser Schmelz, aber auch fester Bau, wärmender Alkohol, gute Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Tiefe, recht deutlich mineralische Töne, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren, hat Griff, sehr guter Abgang. Braucht noch ein wenig Zeit.
