Fairly cool, firm nose, prominent spicy vegetal notes, tart apples, green berries, some elderberry flowers, mineral traces. Very clear on the palate, firm, straightforward style, dry fruit, elegant tart vegetal notes, some earthy and mineral notes, spicy, very elegant, lively acidity, fairly persistent, good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2011+. What our ratings mean
