Nutty and slightly vegetal scent with rather calm pome fruit aromas, a touch of herbs, rubber and hints of mushrooms. Tart, restrained fruit, nutty, slightly smoky and again also vegetal tones, delicately creamy and delicate grip, certain persistence, citrus traces, a hint of bacon in the background, again some rubber, good, slightly warm finish. Could be a little fresher and more precise.
