Restrained, very slightly muted, somewhat vegetal nose with yellow-fruity hints, floral aromas, hints of wine gum and a hint of fennel. Restrained, slightly melting, calm fruit, fine-musky, delicately yeasty, nutty and earthy tones, relatively moderate acidity, some tannin, gains substance with air, nutty hints, good to very good finish.
