Clear, quite polished, delicately vegetal pome fruit nose with citrus nuances, a hint of yeast, very fine bacony hints and a hint of meadow flowers. Bright fruit with a fine acid bite and vegetal aromas, somewhat herbal, light grip of crumbly tannin, still a hint of yeast, cool and warm elements, still gaining subtlety with air, nutty tones, certain minerality, some dried marjoram, still young, hints of juniper, very good, peppery finish.

Best to drink: 2022-2026+. What our ratings mean
