Editor note: Tart nose, prominent vegetal notes, slightly reminiscent of celery and mustard seed, yellow fruit aromas, some yellow spice, hint of dill and bacon. Tart fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, fairly lively acidity, slightly muted by slightly astringent tannins, noticeable warm alcohol, floral traces, prominent lemony notes, yeasty notes and a touch of oak on a good, slightly muted, warm alcoholic finish.
