Herb-plant fragrance with restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas, floral hints, a suggestion of marinated chicken, and mineral undertones. Bright fruit with nutty and fine-vegetable aromas, ripe acidity, some grip, almost a slightly sweet melting sensation on the palate, certain sustainability, moderate tannin, certain minerality, good to very good finish.
