Clear, firm, fine-vegetable nose with bright yellow fruity aromas, a bit of yeast, nutty traces, and a hint of butter. Cool, bright, finely juicy fruit, bitter plant-like, yeasty, slightly floral, and distinctly mineral notes, very fine, lively acidity, delicate grip, good sustainability, distinctly chalky character, very good, tight, again cool finish with floral tones.
