Relatively cool, rather restrained, somewhat vegetal to dried herbal and hints of bacon aroma of partly candied yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of camomile and sage. Straight, sweet citrus fruit with a hint of lavender, lively acidity, certain persistence, orange blossom in the background, a hint of salt in the good finish.
