Cool, light-floral and somewhat herbal scent of white and black berries with a little stone fruit and nuances reminiscent of fennel. Clear, fine, slender sweet fruit with a hint of cassis, lively acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence, a hint of dry herbs in the background, salty-mineral tones in the very good finish
