Relatively cool, firm, somewhat planty to slightly herbaceous and yeasty nose with light yellow fruity notes, clear minerality and nutty traces. Taut, tart and rather juicy in the mouth, clearly smoky and yeasty tones, fine planty to herbal spice, lively, polished acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, certain depth, rather intense minerality, hinted at white pepper, still young, has tension, very good, tight, tangy-juicy, somewhat yeasty, nutty and again clearly mineral finish with a hint of red berries.
