Prominent vegetal and light earthy notes on the nose, restrained, tart yellow fruit aromas, prominent soup greens, hint of bacon. Tart on the palate, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, light earthy and salty notes, elegant acidity, slightlysandy tannins, prominent high alcohol, nutty<, yeasty, earthy and chalky notes, hint of mushrooms, good to very good alcoholic finish.
