Tart, cool, delicate nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light nutty notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas, hint of exotic fruit, yeasty and floral traces, prominent mineral notes. Firmly structured, restrained, bone dry fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide noticeable grip, still very slightly astringent, prominent chalky and light salty mineral notes, hint of tobacco and some dried herbs, still young, some depth, very good, firm, tart finish.
