Fine, perhaps still a little closed, floral scent of white fruits with citrus tones and notes of lemon balm and green asparagus. Quite polished and firm fruit in the mouth, vegetal aromas reminiscent of sautéed green asparagus, white flowers, salty-mineral hints, slightly yeasty traces on the palate, present, ripe acidity, has persistence and grip, good finish
