Translate to English Herber, mineralischer und ein wenig vegetabiler, auch erdig-mineralischer Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten, gelben Melonen und Birnen mit zart pfeffrigen Spuren. Recht saftige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht mit vegetabilen und erdig-mineralischen Noten, feine Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz am Gaumen, hat etwas Griff, zeigt Herkunft, guter bis sehr guter, relativ würziger und auch ein wenig süßlicher Abgang. Wäre ohne den Zucker noch spannender.
